Election Rules of Senate Positions (Including Chancellor)

The elections of the Republic are put in place so that the rest of the clan will have more say in the goings on of the clan and that they will have a higher up the prefer. The Senate positions will be held at this time every 6 months. Depending on a certain situation, some commitees will not be voted on any further till something occurs. The Chancellor position can only be voted on when he/she has left for a period of time (over a week). You may choose a new chancellor to replace him/her. If they happen to come back, they will only have the rank of a General and the Senate position but be voted on before they can assume power. Also the clan members may also vote on certain happenings in the clan like rules and regulations, anything related to the technical (server, website, forums, etc) and the removal of a member. Since the Republic is being revived, there will be no elections untill we have an established staff of people.
